Thank you for purchasing from Iconic HK. As our products are digital downloads (eBooks), please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the eBook has been delivered or downloaded. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after the file has been accessed.
For customers in the European Union: By completing your purchase and requesting immediate access to the digital content, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) once the download has begun or the link has been accessed.
Exceptions We will consider a refund request within 7 days of purchase only in the following circumstances:
- The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
- You received the wrong file
- The product was not delivered due to a technical error
How to Request a Refund Please contact us at wavyli@iconichk.co within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

- Failure to download within the download link expiry period
