3. Licence & Permitted Use When you purchase an eBook from Iconic HK, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read and use the content for your own personal use only. You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or resell the eBook
  • Share, upload, or transmit the file to third parties
  • Use the content for commercial purposes without written permission

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.

5. Delivery Digital products are delivered via email download link immediately after payment is confirmed. If you do not receive your download link within 24 hours, please contact us at [your support email].

6. Refunds Please refer to our separate Return and Refund Policy for full details on refund eligibility for digital products.

7. Intellectual Property All content, eBooks, cover designs, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of Iconic HK or its content creators. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability Iconic HK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
